HOUSTON, Tx. -- It may be one of the coolest things related to books since Reading Rainbow.

Endgame, just out by James Frey, is a book series that comes with 50 social media accounts, a mobile game by Google, three major movies and a global scavenger hunt that anyone can try out.

“If you're the first person to solve the puzzle in the first book you'll receive a key and that key will open a gate at Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas filled with $500,000 in gold coins."

Not too shabby.

The books are high-stakes apocalyptic adventures that take you to exotic places.

So take a look. It's in a book.
