Stabbing suspect, Adrian David Allen, has been arrested

Authorities have captured Adrian David Allen who allegedly slit his wife's throat and stabbed his boss.

Wharton County Sheriff's Lt. Raymond Janski says Rosenberg police alerted Wharton County about a stabbing at a motel between a man and his common-law wife. The suspect then fled to Danevang, Texas to a business where he believed his wife was having an affair with her boss. He confronted the boss and stabbed him three times. The victim was transported to Memorial Hermann via life flight and is in stable condition.

Wharton County officials got a tip from the wife’s mother that the suspect, Adrian David Allen, was headed to Boling, Texas. In Boling, the Allen was apprehended without incident. He was transported and booked in the Wharton County jail.

He is charged with attempted murder, aggravated robbery, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

No bond has been set yet for Allen. The names of the victims have yet to be released
