CORCORAN, CA - It's usually nice to hear when couples are crazy in love. This time around, not so much. Mass murderer mastermind Charles Manson and his fiancée have gotten a marriage license. Now why on earth would he want to start a new family, when his last one was such a disaster?

80-year-old Mason (who is serving time in California's Corcoran State Prison) allegedly intends to marry his 26-year-old girlfriend, Afton Elaine Burton, who goes by her spacey nickname "Star".

Now that the love-bird and her jail-bird have their proper paperwork in place, these nuts have 90 days to tie the knot before they have to reapply. And if these two actually do take the plunge, the nuptials have to be performed inside the pen. There won't be any consummation of the marriage either, on account of Manson was convicted in a handful of gruesome murders during the late 60's.
