QUEENSLAND, Australia -- Doctors think a newborn baby died after a stranger with Herpes gave her a kiss.

Eloise Lampton was reportedly born happy and healthy, but shortly after going home, she started to lose weight and only wanted to sleep. A few tests later, doctors learned she had Herpes, even though both her parents both tested negative.

It's believed that at some point in the hospital, the baby girl must have come into contact with someone who had a cold sore and contracted the virus. She died 24 days later.
