READING, Pennsylvania - Every year cities and towns across the world decorate the streets; from lights, to ornaments, to beautiful Christmas trees.

The town of Reading, Pennsylvania got a lot of attention for their tree, but not because of its beauty, but because of its ugliness. It was so bad, the sad spruce became the butt of many jokes. Instead of taking the tree down, town officials decided to give it plenty of love. They transformed the tree into Charlie Brown's Christmas tree by putting a single red ornament on it, just like the movie.

The tree is now attracting visitors from all over. Even a local hockey team donated ornaments to help spruce up the spruce. Guess it's just a reminder, especially around this time of year, that a little love can go a long way.
