J.J. Watt and Arian Foster are 2015 Pro Bowlers

HOUSTON, Texas — It should come as no surprise that running back Arian Foster and defensive end J.J. Watt were named to the 2015 NFL Pro Bowl Game. This marks the eleventh straight season that the Texans have at least one player elected to the Pro Bowl.

Foster who ranks fourth in the NFL in rushing with 1,223 yards will be making his fourth Pro Bowl appearance. Despite missing three games, Foster was able to have seven 100-yard rushing games and have eight rushing touchdowns.

Watt is having an MVP-type season as he will be making his third straight Pro Bowl appearance. Watt has scored five touchdowns on the year with three of those coming when playing on offense. Watt has 72 tackles, 25 of those tackles are for loss, 17.5 sacks , 10 passes defensed, three forced fumbles, a blocked extra point and two defensive touchdowns (one on a fumble recovery return and another on an interception return).

Texans offensive tackle Duane Brown, center Chris Myers, and wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins were names as alternates.

The 2015 Pro Bowl teams will be determined through the Pro Bowl Draft held on Wednesday, January 21. Pro Football Hall of Famers Chris Carter and Michael Irvin will serve as alumni captains, choosing the two rosters.
