WASHINGTON, D.C. - He swears, he stumbles, he forgets his lines! Vice President Joe Biden always keeps it interesting.

His latest and greatest entertainment for all happened Tuesday when he was fulfilling ceremonial duties, like the swearing in of senators and posing for photos.

You've just got to  chuckle at his antics. He's notorious for displaying that patented Biden charm to democrats and republicans, alike.

Meanwhile, one politician who's not so chummy with some right now is House Speaker John Boehner.

Some are saying Boehner is getting revenge against some players that are supposed to be on his team. Apparently, five republican congressmen from Florida were at the center of the conservative attempt to oust Boehner from leadership.

Now, two of them are now paying the price. Boehner moved swiftly against U.S. Rep. Rich Nugent and U.S. Rep. Dan Webster, tossing the two Florida republicans off of the rules committee.

Webster had emerged as the chief threat to Boehner, winning 12 votes against the speaker.

Sounds like Boehner's not playing around.
