TOKYO, Japan - McDonald's Japan is saying sorry after a human tooth and plastic pieces were found in their food.

The company says a customer found the tooth in a french fry back in August and that another patron found a "strip of vinyl" in a Chicken McNugget.

More recently, a kid's mouth was injured by a piece of plastic in an ice-cream sundae.

Folks over in Venezuela are also having french fry trouble.

More than 100 McDonald's restaurants in Venezuela have run out of potatoes, due to a shortage.

To make up for it, the restaurants are offering salad, fried yuca, and arepa flatbread.
