KIAH Channel 39 is looking for an Office Coordinator who will handle all aspects of running an office – from answering phones to shipping logistics and everything in between. Candidates must be computer literate and able to handle a fast paced work environment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles, procedure and business math
  • Ability to manage tasks and responsibilities independently
  • Excellent phone manners and client greetings skills
  • Proven experience of office management and front desk for at least 3 years
  • Television Broadcasting experience is a big plus
