PROVO, Utah - When police arrive to the scene of the crime, they always look for clues, right? Well officers in Utah didn't have to look very hard.

They got a call about a robbery at a restaurant early one morning. When they showed up, they noticed a suspicious man nearby. It was 18-year-old Thomas Laird, and Thomas stood out like a sore thumb because not only was it 2:50 a.m., but he was wearing all black, a hoodie and a white mask. He even had shattered glass all over his back. It didn't take long for police to put two and two together.

Thomas was arrested and charged, and that's how this not so conspicuous burglar became our Dumbass of the Day!
