LANTANA, FL - Vanilla Ice is back in the media spotlight, but for all the wrong reasons. The former rapper, real name Robert Van Winkle was booked into the Palm Beach County jail for burglary and grand theft, after allegedly stealing furniture, bikes and other things from a million dollar home.

Jim Lovely, the real estate broker for the property, came to find the home in disarray and with numerous items missing.

It was first thought that the Ice Man took the items to renovate the house next door because he's often seen gutting homes and then sprucing them up on his DIY network show "The Vanilla Ice Project." But Vanilla Ice says that's not the case, and that this incident is all one big misunderstanding.
