KISSIMMEE, FL - The feeling of hope is palpable at Houston Astros Spring Training.  With the first full squad workout in the books, players and management are setting the bar high.

"This is our year. We've got some talent in the room," Astros owner Jim Crane said. "We've got some good players. The goal is to make the playoffs."

"I'm ready to go and be in the playoffs. That's what everyone here wants," second baseman Jose Altuve added.

The playoffs are a long way off, but the team's first spring training game is right around the corner on March 5 against Philadelphia.
