FAYETEVILLE, AR - A day at work turned into a scary situation for a realtor in Arkansas when a client showed up to a home and ended up trying to kidnap the agent.

The suspect, 25-year-old Amilya Barcenas, is now out of jail on bond. Police say Barcenas met the realtor to tour a home last week. Once inside, she pulled a gun and a zip tie out of a diaper bag. Barcenas demanded the realtor tie herself up and then apparently wanted her to go withdraw money from an ATM. The agent was able to run away and call 911.

Local real estate agents say they are cautious when it comes to meeting people they don't know.

Crime is not the kind of trend in real estate anyone wants to see.
