Rockin’ Pico de Gallo for a Healthy Snack/Condiment

This radiant snack/condiment is one hundred percent healthy, and delicious! Serve it up with some chips for a rockin’ appetizer, or use it as a taco topping. Bon appetite!

Pico de Gallo

  • 3 tomatoes, seeded and diced
  • ½ cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup minced red onion
  • ½ jalapeno, minced (seeds removed to cut down on spiciness as desired)
  • ½ lime, juiced
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed
  • Salt to taste

 

Combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl and toss well. Serve with chips, tortillas or tacos.
