PURCELL, OK - A hard day at work can be exhausting, but one Oklahoma man's day of work was a little different.

Purcell police say Christopher Pace broke into a man's home, but he didn't take anything. Instead, he took off his shoes, sat on the couch and fell asleep. The homeowner, Steve Walker, is the one who made the shocking discovery. From the looks of what Walker found, Pace was in no hurry to leave.

"His shoes were laying on the floor," said Steve Walker, homeowner. "He tried to turn on my TV, but he didn't have the right remote."

Walker called police and Pace was arrested.

This isn't the first time this has happened to Pace. According to police, Pace was arrested in 2001 and also fell asleep at that home. Maybe a little jail time will finally let Pace catch up on his sleep.

That's how Christopher Pace became our Dumbass of the Day!
