SHAWNEE, OK - The director of a preschool in Oklahoma is coming under fire for allegedly disciplining a three-year-old girl by putting hand sanitizer in her mouth.

A concerned teacher, who wished to remain anonymous, recorded a video that shows the administrator putting sanitizer into her hand before approaching the little girl. The same teacher also recorded a brief audio clip, speaking with the young victim after she was allegedly disciplined by school's director. In it, the little girl explains that the school director had just put sanitizer in her mouth.

Police are now investigating the case. They have requested two arrest warrants for employees of the school for child neglect.

The parents say they are thankful for the teacher who stepped forward.
