Starbucks employee fired for screaming at a customer

QUEENS, NY - Talk about a “Grande” situation at a Starbucks in Queens, New York. An employee, known only as Melissa, goes off on a customer after she says the customer tried to steal a cookie straw.

The customer, naturally, says she didn`t try to steal anything. Starbucks says they had no choice but to let Melissa go and offered the customer a $100 gift card.

Melissa, however, says she didn`t get fired. She quit and she says the customer instigated the whole thing. Interesting enough, but the customer is always right, right?
