HAYS COUNTY - Flood waters continued to sweep through several areas of south Central Texas.

Officials say as many as 30 people are missing after flash flooding along the Blanco River. In Hays County just south of Austin, two people are dead and at least 12 are still missing after the heavy rain hammered though San Marcos and Wimberley.

According to officials, the 12 that are missing includes two families who authorities say were in town for the long holiday weekend. Apparently, the family's vacation home was swept away when the foundation gave way.
