TOYOTA CENTER -- Rockets fans were floating after Monday night's big win in game four against the Warriors. Then many of them practically had to float their way home.

A number of folks, including Dwight Howard, were stranded at the Toyota Center, or at least told not to leave until the downpour died down.

“Downtown [was] not underwater. They could leave the Toyota Center. Whether they could get to their homes, I can't answer that question,” said Mayor Annise Parker.

Those who decided not to rough it on the roads stayed in the stands for up to seven hours and even reportedly got breakfast, before being told it was safe to leave around 6AM.
