TORONTO, CANADA – Who knew that a wheelchair could be a sex toy?

That’s right. The international symbol for disability will soon find its place at the center of a disability orgy.

The folks behind the Deliciously Disabled Movement are planning a sex night in Toronto, Canada, in August for 75 people.

Stella Palikarova says she wants everyone to know that people with disabilities are sexual beings.

And Andrew Morrison-Gurza, who created deliciously disabled, says people sometimes talk only about obstacles and fail to see the opportunities.

The masked ball is open to people with disabilities and those without disabilities. The ticket price covers hydraulic lifts for wheelchairs and interpreters for the deaf.

Gurza, the guy behind deliciously disabled set up a Facebook page as another way to start conversations about sex and people with disabilities.

One way is through posting photos with the hashtag Deliciously Disabled.

It’s rolling along, slowly picking up traction, as people with disabilities bare their souls, and themselves, in their daily struggles for acceptance.
