Golden State Warriors win the NBA Title

CLEVELAND – The Golden State Warriors beat the Cleveland Cavaliers 105-97 on Tuesday night to win their first NBA Championship since 1975. The Warriors took the best-of-seven series 4-2.

LeBron James appearing in his fifth consecutive finals had 32 points, 18 rebounds and 9 assists. James is 1st player in NBA Finals history to lead both teams in points, assists and rebounds for entire series.

Stephen Curry and Andre Iguodala led the Warriors with 25 points each. Iguodala was NBA Finals MVP.
