HOUSTON - Tropical Storm Bill was expected to wreak havoc on the Houston area which had been pounded by the Memorial Day flooding, but fortunately for those around the Bayou City, the storm did not deliver.

Mayor Annise Parker said, "Tropical Storm Bill thus far has had a pretty mild entry into the state of Texas and we hope that continues."
