CRAFTON, PA - Well, MacGyver he is not. A Pennsylvania man got himself arrested after he robbed a bank using what appeared to be a bomb. However, the components Aaron Stein allegedly used are what landed him in the news.

Police say Stein walked into the PNC Bank in Crafton, Pennsylvania, and told the clerks he had a bomb. He even showed them the object wrapped with duct tape and an apparent detonator. Stein got away, but not for long; officers caught up with him in Pittsburgh, where he gave himself up and allegedly confessed.

The bomb squad used robots to remove two suspicious objects from the car, blowing them both up as a precaution. Turns out, that bomb was composed of a sex toy, some phone cables and duct tape.

That's how this buzz-worthy story wrapped up and this failed bank robber became our Dumbass of the Day.
