SHELBY, Nc -- It didn’t take police long to find Charleston shooter Dylann Roof nearly 250 miles away from where he shot and killed nine innocent people. Dylann’s car was spotted by a woman in Shelby, North Carolina and soon after police had him pulled over in cuffs. The dash cam released by the Shelby police department shows a very cool, calm and collected situation. Roof didn't resist arrest and was taken in to custody without incident. It was a much different scene than we've seen in recent months. Some are wondering why Roof's arrest was so seamless yet others like Eric Garner and Freddie Grey have been so violent.
