HOUSTON, TX – The man accused of crashing into a Metro bus stop Saturday night and taking off faces even more charges after one of his alleged victims died.

Houston Police say Objulio Vasquez was racing a truck down Chimney Rock Rd. when he lost control and slammed into the bus stop where three people were waiting. All three were taken to the hospital with pretty serious injuries and one, Indra Subedi, died on Sunday.

Vasquez, meanwhile, allegedly didn’t even stop and tried to hide out at a nearby apartment after the crash. Officers upgraded his charges to intoxicated manslaughter and intoxicated assault.
