HARRIS COUNTY, TX - Investigators suspect a motorcyclist was drunk when he pulled out of a parking lot, causing a deadly crash late Wednesday night.

Around 11:15 p.m., Harris County deputies say a woman was driving west on FM 1960 near Perry Rd. when the motorcyclist shot out in front of her. She slammed on her brakes, but ended up hitting him. The impact threw him off his bike and he was pronounced dead at the scene.

Deputies suspect the motorcyclist had been drinking at a nearby bar called Fletchers. As for the other driver, deputies say she stopped and cooperated. No charges will be filed.
