CONROE, TX - Sometimes good people made bad decisions end up in jail and occasionally their visitors also make bad decisions. Case in point: Gary Howard.

Montgomery County deputies say Howard was parked in the jail's inmate visitation area, likely on his way to see someone on the inside, when a canine unit tipped off deputies that there were drugs in his car. A search allegedly turned up 77 grams of "ice" meth and an electronic scale.

Howard has now joined the person he was visiting behind bars, making him our Dumbass of the Day.
