KATY, TX - A Katy woman walks into a local O'Reilly Auto Parts store and openly says she's buying antifreeze to kill a "vicious" dog in her neighborhood -- and it's all caught on video.

Justin Weynant was behind the counter and recorded the conversation with the customer.

"Are you trying to kill a dog?" Weynant asks in the video.

"There's a vicious dog that has been loose for a whole week and animal control won't get it," says the woman.

"I don't think I'm allowed to sell it to you. That's, like, illegal," Weynant tells her.

"OK, I need it for my car then," she responds.

When Weynant refuses to sell the antifreeze to her, she tells him she'll just go to Walmart. The woman says she's an animal lover, but animal control won't come get the dog, which she describes as a German shepherd.
