Pastors plan to sue Mayor Parker over HERO subpoenas

HOUSTON -- A group of local pastors is getting ready to sue Mayor Annise Parker.

The group says Parker targeted them when they fought the Houston Equal Rights ordinance.

Now that HERO's been suspended pending a public vote  the religious leaders say they're demanding accountability.

They plan on filing the lawsuit today as well as holding a press conference later this morning.
