HOUSTON - The Center for Medical Progress has released a fifth video that shows a Planned Parenthood employee secretly being recorded while talking about the price of aborted baby parts with actors posing as representatives from a human biologics company. And this one is from Houston.

As the video points out, charging companies for fetal tissue is illegal. But Planned Parenthood can be reimbursed for costs, which vary.

Planned Parenthood has argued that the videos are highly edited, and part of a smear campaign seeking to deny women healthcare. They also say that discussions about procedural costs are fair game.

On the heels of all this, there's talk on Capitol Hill of defunding the group. Discussion on that will resume after August recess.
