HOUSTON - Someone in Houston is at it again. The graffiti on the overpass above I-45 south headed into downtown has been altered for a third time within a week.

The "Be Someone" message wasn't so clear after half of a word was painted over. Then, someone replaced the some but it wasn't quite as appealing.

Wednesday night, it got quite a facelift; bigger, bolder, and brighter letters. Whether you call this graffiti or art, it's definitely had a rough patch.

Hopefully, the third time is a charm.
