RICHMOND, TX - Exclusive Furniture opened its sixth location Saturday off of Grand Parkway in Richmond. For the retailer's owner, Sam Zavary, this is part of a goal that started back in 1998, when he opened the first store.

"I stumbled into the furniture business, but growing the business once I was in, was a dream," Zavary said. "The dream has today become a reality."

It's a family business for Zavary, who works alongside his two brothers and sister.

"When you have people you grew up with, people you share blood with, it's important to work with them everyday, and I enjoy doing that," Zavary said.

The new building has 55,000 square feet of furniture options. Zavary hopes this location will become the model for the other Exclusive Furniture stores.
