HOUSTON, TX – After playing 159 games, the Astros are in position to make it to the postseason.  After Wednesday’s 7-6 win in Seattle, Houston held a half game lead in the AL Wild Card race over the LA Angels.

With three games remaining against the Arizona Diamondbacks, the Astros will send Dallas Keuchel and Collin McHugh to the mound for the first two games.  Fans in Houston say that’s a good one-two punch.

“It’s a do or die situation, and we have to win, so those are the best pitchers we have ready to go,” Astros fan Mike Cruz said.

“Keuchel’s had a great season for the most part,” another fan, Larry Spears, added. “He’s kind of tapered off here in September, but hopefully he can regain his form.”

The Astros haven’t made it to the playoffs since 2005, when the team lost in the World Series.
