NOGALES, AZ - When someone says 28 pounds of pot just "fell from the sky" into their home, it's natural to be a little suspicious. But this story is so crazy that cops actually believe it.

A family outside of Tucson says that in the middle of the night a bundle of marijuana dropped out of the sky, put a hole in the roof of their carport, and crushed their dog crate.

The good news is everyone is okay.

Police say the drugs most likely came from an ultra-light aircraft, and they obviously weren't intended to be "dropped off" right there.

"They typically go and try to unload that contraband in the outskirts of town. Or further north,” says Robert Fierros with the Nogales Police Department.
