Houstonian director Michael Raak film to spotlight Washington Avenue Arts District

HOUSTON, TX - Director Michael Raak, with Flashback Films Productions, aims to give the world a look into Houston's very own Washington Avenue Arts District.  "Art Now Houston" is due to premier in 2016.  As the largest gathering of working professional artists in Texas, and possibly the United States, these studios house some incredibly unique and creative talents.  Raak’s efforts are funded in part by a grant from the City of Houston through Houston Arts Alliance. With additional contributions from Lovett Commercial and other major supporters, and  the project's status as a 501 (c)3 entity is pending.
