On this Day in Music history, Madonna signed a first ever deal of its kind. In 2007, the queen of pop music landed a contract with Live Nation worth $120,000,000. It gave Live Nation rights to her music, videos, films deals, and tour earnings.

It took her 10 years but Britney Spears finally had her second number one single with "Womanizer" on this day back in 2008.

Celebrating a birthday today is John Mayer, the Hollywood heart-breaker is turning 38 years old.
