HOUSTON – A judge has granted a temporary restraining order against several companies in order to preserve evidence on the site.

The restraining order was filed by an injured worker.

Currently, the general contractor, The Finger Companies, and sub-contractor, Triple S. Masonry have possession of the evidence.

This comes in the midst of a lawsuit that was filed after a scaffolding collapsed outside an apartment complex last week injuring six people.
