SACRAMENTO, CA. - What the smell is going on in Sacramento? Seems the big stink is about locals who can't stand the odor on board public transit trains.
"I've actually like moved trains or like switched seats because people smell so bad," said Ashley Johnson, who rides the trains daily to and from work.
The odor issue has made its way to Sacramento city hall where they're discussing whether it's acceptable behavior for the city to kick a rider off the train because of his hygiene.
Some are crying foul, claiming it takes away civil rights. Transit officials say the rule is fair enough and is meant to make the experience comfortable for all riders.
"It's fair to some people, in fact this particular rule was adopted after conducting interviews with numerous riders," said Jeff Harris, Sacramento councilman
