HOUSTON - Meyoshi Green is telling her story of a nightmare she and her cousin had to endure earlier this year in the hopes that her tale will help nab the suspect responsible for her sexual assault.

Police say Green and her cousin were the victims of a brutal rape that occurred on the night of February 20.

Green says, "He started to rape me and it seemed like it went on for hours, and that's when I could hear my cousin being raped in the other room by the suspect in custody."

That suspect is John Anthony Hogan, who has a lengthy criminal history including multiple sexual assaults. But the second suspect is still at large.

At a press conference on Wednesday, Quanell X called on members of the community who might know something to give up the suspect.

"That no-snitch policy should not even be a thought of policy when our women are being raped and tortured like this."
