10 injured in massive 3-alarm apartment fire in NW Harris County

NW HARRIS CO. – Investigators are trying to figure out what caused a massive fire to break out at an apartment complex in northwest Harris County.

The fire happened around 3:00 a.m. Wednesday morning at the Villages of Copperfield apartments off Point Park Drive.

At one point 3-alarms had to be pulled. Crews managed to contain the blaze but 24 units were left damaged.

10 people were injured,  no word on their specific injuries.
