HOUSTON, TX - Bill O'Brien says it's doubtful Brian Hoyer will be able to play in the Texans' game against the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday.

Hoyer suffered a concussion during the fourth quarter of the Texans loss to New England, and the quarterback has entered concussion protocol.

"I think the Houston Texans will always do what's best for the player," O'Brien said on Monday.  "There's nothing more important than the health and safety of every player in that locker room. That's paramount."

This is Hoyer's second concussion of the season.  He's also being treated for a strained neck and a wrist injury.
