DICKINSON, TX – For the thirteenth year, the Dickinson Police Department’s Blue Santa program is collecting toys for families to present to kids on Christmas morning.

Public Information Officer Tim Cromie says the department is giving gifts to over 600 children and 245 families. He says the community has been so generous that they have a surplus of toys. Extras will go to other organizations like Child Protective Services.
