SAN FRANCISCO, CA - Last month, when Bieblers were anxiously awaiting Justin Bieber’s latest album 'Purpose' a team of gorilla marketers used the Bay Area sidewalks as a billboard.
Spray-painted advertisements popped up everywhere and although it wasn't a huge deal at first, the city has now realized permanent spray paint was used instead of the chalk-based stuff.
So, even after several rain storms, the messages are still very clear and flooding the sidewalks. As you can imagine, the city attorney is less than pleased and wants Bieber’s camp to figure it out and clean it up. If the graffiti doesn't disappear soon, the city says they plan to file a lawsuit.
