Will Houston beat Chicago as the third largest city in the country?

HOUSTON, TX - Numerous reports are pushing Houston higher on the list of the largest cities in the country. Beating out Chicago for the number three spot, but according to projections from the Houston-Galveston Area Council that may not be the case.
