HYPOLUXO, FLORIDA -  Florida has lots of grandparents. Lots of condos. Lots of swimming pools. And lots of grandparents in condo swimming pools!

Coastal Florida also has lots of sharks. But it does not have lost of sharks in swimming pools....until now.

The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission is now investigating the tale of a 5-foot Blacktip shark doing laps in a condo swimming pool. He still had hooks in his mouth when he was discovered by a couple about to take a dip. They say he was on his last fin, so they tried to save him.

Thanks to his new chums, Sharkey is back in the ocean where he belongs while the search is on for two young men seen running from the scene. No doubt, fishing for trouble.

Message to the suspects: Next time you wanna play with a pool shark, give us a break and stick to billiards!
