HOUSTON, TX - Houston businesses are joining together to help donate relief items to the community of Flint, Michigan.  Flint is dealing with a water contamination crisis.

Enstyle Butik, along with Simply Scents Candle Company, is collecting donations until Wednesday, and the owners will then ship the items to Michigan.

"We've gotten probably about 35 cases of water," Enstyle co-owner Mayz Ivy said. "We've gotten baby wipes, hand sanitizer, anything that could help them in the area."

The store's fellow co-owner, Najla Mitchell said,  "It's love thy neighbor. If you can lend a helping hand, if you have it, it's always better to be a blessing to others."

Houstonians are encouraged to donate bottled water, water filters, hand sanitizer and baby wipes.
