Fraternity president at Cornell University charged with attempted rape

ITHACA, Ny -- An Ivy League student at Cornell University has been arrested and charged with attempted rape and sexual assault. A young female told police that the president of Psi Upsilon fraternity, 21-year-old Wolfgang Ballinger forced her into a room at the frat house and locked the door behind them refusing to take no for an answer. The entire fraternity has been placed on suspension until future notice.
