BOGOTA, COLOMBIA - The Colombian attorney general has been trying to find out how hundreds of body parts ended up in the La Modelo jail's drainage pipes.

At least 100 victims disappeared at the jail between 1999 and 2001 and it appears no one noticed for years.

A prosecutor working the case says at least some were gang-related killings, but there may be some visitors mixed in too.

Looks like a trip to this prison was a death sentence no matter the charge.
