HOUSTON - You might call him crazy, but he will tell you he's figured out the secret. Houston hip hop artist Rocko Stedy has music and a message to share with the world, but he's using a strange method to get it out there The artist is chained to the roof and staging a hunger strike at Proof Rooftop Lounge in downtown Houston.

Stedy says, "My goal is to sell 2016 albums in the next 4 days, 120 hours. I'm gonna be locked up to this 'I Love You' sign." The rapper isn't just hungry for a snack, but also to promote the positive message behind his music. He added, "I believe in the power of words, you can either build or destroy with your words." Rocko says positive thinking is an incredibly powerful tool that he uses everyday, saying, "Right when I wake up in the morning, I say today's gonna be the best day of my life." The rapper says confidence is key, espousing, "If you believe in yourself, than other people will believe in you. If you love what you do, it will love you back. And that is why I've chained myself to an 'I Love You' sign in front of a city that I love so much."

So Rocko might be going to extremes to get his message out there, but with such a positive vibe, Houston can be extremely grateful.
