HOUSTON, TX - The animals at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo are always a sight to behold, but on Friday, it was a little extra special.  There was a Youth Llama Costume Contest.

"It involves the youth taking their llama and coming up with a theme," Danette Marrs of the Alpaca Llama Halter Show Committee said.  "The kids come up with their ideas and what they want  their costumes to be, and then they make those costumes."

There was no set theme contestants had to follow, and on Friday there were costumes inspired by movies, travel and ballet.
